Machine Definitions

In this mode, machine general information, maintenance information and related documents are defined. The planning parameters are entered for the planning of the periodic maintenance of the machines. Machines can be defined to include machine groups in the desired hierarchy. The acceptance criteria entered in accordance with the acceptance criterion are determined by the measurement values ​​so that the machine can be re-operated as a result of the Revision / Failure Maintenance.

Periodic Care - Maintenance

Periodic maintenance operations of the machines and the materials used in these operations are defined. Then the periodic maintenance of the machines in the specified date range is scheduled and the actualization records of the scheduled periodic maintenance are entered. Precautionary measures can also be taken by performing material control from the inquiry screen before periodic maintenance.

Fault and Revision

Depending on the fault reports made, the operation and material records of the fault maintenance can be tracked in the system. In addition, operations and materials can be registered by creating a revised maintenance record of the machine depending on the revision maintenance requests.
