Documents such as procedures, instructions, technical drawings which constitute the main structure of quality management are defined to include the directory structure in the system, and revisions and distributions are recorded for approval / comments related to the documents and documents. With this module, it is possible to automatically associate quality documents with products and resource planning processes without the need of an other document management system, and the sharing and consistent use of the documents in the system is provided within the scope of authorities.
It includes the functions of the product characteristics, control plans, operation instructions and group or material basis of the EQC (Entry Quality Control) requirements that are essential to the Operation Instructions. EQC Requirements are designed for general purposes in the structure independent of the company / sector. The relevant document revision records are automatically created in the EQC Requirements and Operation Instructions.
According to EQC requirements, EQC transactions of stock entries, quality measurement information entry according to operation instructions of work orders, creation of reject records and corrective / preventive activities are carried out. Documents created during these processes, for example product images, can be displayed on the user's computer. Thus, there is no need to physically distribute the documents.
Supplier evaluation classes are defined and the main criteria and sub-evaluation criteria to be used for evaluation are determined. On the basis of these definitions, a company is evaluated on the basis of quality management records of a certain date range. Based on the evaluation results, the Approved Supplier List is automatically generated by the system.
Identification and calibration, RR (Repeatability and Reproducibility) and maintenance of measuring instrument groups and measuring instruments, product relations, internal / external input / output movements are monitored. The system alerts the user to the required calibrations according to the calibrating period and calibration records of the measuring instrument. In addition, the form created in the Calibration-Repeatability and Reproducibility (RR) process can be referenced and processed in the system.
