General Definitions and Authorisation

Use the flexible and parametric identification functions of the BilişimERP; personalize the system, tailor it to yourself and your institution.

In organizations with multiple factories, factories can be defined in the desired hierarchy, and each plant in the system can run separately. The organizational structure within the factory can also be defined in the desired hierarchy in the function of Organization Definitions. The authorization structure in the system is based on the operations performed on the screens (services-commands). First, user roles are defined. Roles are groups of authority on the basis of subsystems. Later on, these roles determine which operations can be performed on which screens. Finally, the roles that users can have in the system are defined by selecting the roles they have. The system generates the dynamic mode in which the transaction options are located according to the user's roles. In the menu, users can only see and use the transaction options they are authorized to use.

Authorized users can change factory-based screen names on menus and add an unlimited number of information fields to form-type or tabular displays. In addition to adding space to existing screens, the subsystem for a particular user or role can be used to create new screens. Thus, they can create as many tabular displays as they want with the information fields they create completely.

Users can save their own notes in the system.

System users can define transfer templates to be used in data transfers in a flexible way. From these templates, they can go out and transfer only the data from external applications to the system by selecting the file to be transferred.

Daily currency information can be automatically saved to the system using the the central bank web service.

Job descriptions and job assignment authorities that are essential to the job assignment system are defined by this module.

Logs are kept for adding, deleting, and logging operations in the system. The system user can determine which data table and which operations will be logged daily. The data in the logs can be queried with all the information, and the log files can be backed up.

Users can send messages to other users when using the BilisimERP system; they can direct a user to open the desired screen by automatically opening them.

If you are a user with job assignment authority, you can assign your employees to work orders, to customer orders or to purchase orders. By using planning and realization information about these jobs, you can manage your business more easily, and you can get results related to performance  and cost.
