Quality Focused BilişimERP is a modular system. The system is structured on an application framework developed by Bilişim A.Ş. On this roof there are basic systems that make up the BilişimERP. General Declarations and Authorization procedures are jointly used with all subsystems that make up the BilişimERP. Subsystems of the ERP are fully integrated. Inter-system data flow is done in a way that will shorten business processes and facilitate the user's work in daily operations.

For example, in Production Management, Inventory Management supplies the amount of material required for production, from which material stock levels are obtained. It provides order information, which forms the main production plan, from Sales Management. It receives malfunction and maintenance information from the Maintenance and Repair Management for the machines used in the operations. It exchanges data about purchase orders with Purchasing Management.

BilişimERP is quality-focused. For this reason, the Quality Management System has an intensive data communication with other systems: the operating instructions for work orders issued in the Production Management System direct the creation of quality records in production processes. In Stock Management, input quality control information occurs in accordance with Quality Management requirements. Quality Management receives supplier evaluation information from Purchasing Management. With Maintenance and Repair Management, the machine exchanges data about maintenance-fault instruction information. Gives the necessary training information to Human Resources Management. Human Resources Management keeps detailed information about training and personnel made during quality management.

Financial Management and Cost Management systems include a number of analysis and integration functions for the purpose of planning the financial resources of the organization. Finance Management automatically receives staff costs from Human Resources Management, payroll is easily accounted. Sales Management provides customer order information that will generate invoices for Financial Management.
