This Project includes Human Resources Management, Financial Resources Management, Materials Resources Management, Planning and Coordination, Inspection, Legal Consultancy, Real Estate, Revolving Capital, and Handicapped, Aged and Family Protection Systems. The total system is developed and operational as of the first quarter of 2004, on ORACLE RDBMS, using the three-tier architecture including application servers which allow the use of the system in web environment.
The Project has been designed and implemented by Bilişim Ltd. The system operational since the end of 2010 is made up of modules such as Civil Aviation Enterprises, Personnel (Pilots, Air Traffic Controllers, etc.), Aircrafts, Aircraft Flight Permissions and Agreements. Software Maintenance and Technical Support Services that follow up the project are also under contract.
This is another e-government project of Turkey, in which an integrated web-based ERP and a Document Management System is being implemented on J2EE platform . The system consists of the following integrated software systems: Human Resources Management and Training System, Stock/Inventory Management System, Purchasing System, Inspection System, Legal Issues System, Employee Apartments, Campings and Vehicles Information system and Document Management System. The whole system is successfully being used by 650 users in the central organisation units of the Ministry.
1. First Phase (UYAP-I)
The project has been defined as a joint venture with HAVELSAN, a public foundation. Bilişim Ltd has developed Human Resources Management, Financial Resources Management, Materials Resources Management, On-the-job Training Management, and Detained and Condemned People Information Systems. The total system has been developed on ORACLE RDBMS, using the 3-tier architecture including application servers which allow the use of the system in web environment.
2. Second Phase (UYAP-II)
In the second phase of the project the newly developed application software has been deployed to the provincial organization of the Ministry of Justice throughout Turkey, covering 81 provincial capital cities (prefectures) and more than 900 other cities (districts). This phase was also a joint venture with HAVELSAN. A web-based multi-tier architecture with the object oriented methodology, Rational Unified Process (RUP), has been used.
The system is made up of Human Resources Management, Financial Resources Management, Materials Resources Management, On-the-job Training Management, and Purchasing Management and Industrial Production Management systems which have been developed by using Enterprise Java Beans Technology and J2EE platform.
A web based system on .NET platform has been implemented to cover all the human resources managemet processes from recruiting to payroll. .NET version of Bilişim Ltd’s HR Management System has been customized to comply with the exceptional functional and integration requirements of Undersecretariat of Treasury.
In this project dictionaries, in which scope of this project that has been carried out by TÜBA (Turkish Academy of Sciences), were planned to form as interactive by Term Commissions with web-based application. The application software system is to enable to form it developed and it's been implemented in July of 2009.
In scope of the project, bilişimHRBilişim Human Resources Management System Application Software enabled; Personal employment, organisation management, job applications, recruitment, disemployment operations, personal service and tasking informations, timekeeping, payroll accruement, overtime work, severance pay, raise and wage operations, SGK reports, e-declaration and personnel declarations, leave operations, discipline, report, industrial accident and Medical Visit operations, personnel budget and cost calculations, minimum living allowance, private insurance application, inservice training management, performance evaluation, job evaluation and wage management and sanitation management.
This extensive project, that is in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) application, and that consists of bilişimHRHuman Resources Management System's Personal employment, register, training, assignation, promotion, payroll and accruement operations, is being carried out by using Oracle Relational Database Platform. The application is working on web-based, multitier architecture.
The Project, a joint venture with Siemens Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. (now Atos Bilişim Danışmanlık A.Ş.) and Bilişim Ltd, includes Bilişim Human Resources Management, Bilişim BYS Document Management and Work Flow System, and Bilişim on-the-job Training Management Systems, and has been developed on ORACLE RDBMS, using the 3-tier architecture including application servers which allow the use of the system in web environment.
This Project includes Human Resources Management, Financial Resources Management, Materials Resources Management, Students' Credits Management, and Students' Housing Management Systems as subsystems. The project was installed before the middle of 2001 in the headquarters (in Ankara), and 12 different regional offices of the organisation which has housing facilities for students in 77 over 81 provinces of Turkey. About 1 million students' credit accounts are currently active. The total system is running on ORACLE RDBMS, using the 3-tier architecture including application servers which allow the use of the system in web environment.
This project which includes Human Resources Management, Financial Resources Management, Materials Resources Management, and Coal Sales Management Systems as subsystems have been installed in the Corporation’s Headquarters in Ankara, and 7 coal mining institutions throughout Turkey, as of the third quarter of 2000.
